Neem oil and powder also kill cockroaches. Mix a little neem oil with water in a spray bottle. Where there are cockroaches, spray. And if you want to use neem powder, mix it with water and sprinkle it on the cockroach-infested area at night, repeat the process in the morning.
Peppermint Oil:
One of the most powerful cockroach control oils is peppermint oil. Spray a mixture of water and peppermint oil on areas of the house where cockroaches are found.
